Anger Management

Anger Management is a specialized service and will be tailored to suit the client needs.  It may include a combination of individual or group therapy or both but definitely extend to a minimum of 5-10 sessions.  It typically lasts for one hour and sometimes, it may be extended to 12 session in certain cases.  A typical client may be self referred, referred by the family, or by the court or because of a domestic violence current/past or other family problems.  In some cases, it may be also referred through Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or a Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD).
