Tri State Counseling has exisiting contracts with several providers and a sample of insurance companies are listed:

All fees and copays are often specified in respective contracts and some insurances have differing copays.  Copays are payable in cash or checks only.

In a limited number of cases, where there is a sum of payment above or atleast $100, then TRI STATE COUNSELING will also accept, VISA, MASTER CARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.  If there is a specific bank charges, it will be added to your bill at the time of service.

PRIVATE FEE paying clients are also accepted and typical fees range as follows:

  • $125 for each session
  • All fees are subject to change without notice and listed amounts are only for example/illustration purposes only.
  • Please always contact and get a fee for service statement.  All fees are payable in advance or at the start of session and not refundable.
  • INITIAL ASSESSMENT fee is $250.00
  • COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION that includes a written report is $500 minimum and please ask for details. Eg. Court case assessment or disability assessment

All information and records are confidential and HIPAA rules as well as other confidentiality rules strictly followed.

There may be an exception to the above rules in fees when dealing with a client who has hardship or financial status upon submitting proofs.  Such fees are negotiated and please call or notify TRI STATE COUNSELING OR MR. V MURTHY LCSW
